Chuck Morgan, Chairman & CEO of Relyance Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Nicholas Brown has been promoted to Loan Services Officer/Assistant Manager. “After joining the Loan Services team two years ago, I have continuously relied on Nick as a resource for our team.  Therefore, it pleases me to announce that Nick is joining the Loan Services team as Loan Services Officer/Asst Manager.   Nick’s knowledge and experience will add strength to the Loan Services team.  His transition into this new role will occur over the next few months,” said Katherine Mitchell. Nick is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, with a degree in Finance. Nick first joined Relyance as an intern in 2016, while attending college and joined our team full time in 2018.

Zac Gober has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/BSA Officer. Zac has been with Relyance Bank since May 2021, serving as a BSA Monitoring Specialist and BSA Officer.  Prior to joining Relyance Bank, Zac was a Media Compliance Officer with Stephens, Inc. Zac earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Management and Marketing) from Arkansas Tech University and completed his master’s in business administration (General Business) at Southern Arkansas University.  He is a ACAMS Certified Transaction Monitoring Associate and an ICBA Certified BSA/AML Professional. Zac currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the White Hall Police Officer’s Association and as an auxiliary Police Officer with the White Hall Police Department.

John Wall has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Payments and Loan Services. John has been employed with Relyance Bank since 2005 and has done an excellent job of leading the Payments Services team, managing the relationships of the bank's public funds’ customers, and managing daily liquidity needs. He is a 2005 graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia with a major in Finance, 2013 graduate of Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU, and received his NCP certification in 2021.
