John Franklin has been promoted to Vice President, Trust Operations Officer.  John has been in banking for over 25 years and has been with Relyance since August of 2023.  John has a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas.  John has completed the US Bank Trust School and will complete the Cannon Trust School for Certified Trust Operations Professionals in 2026.

Evan Staton has been promoted to VP of Commercial & Agricultural Lending.  Evan has been with Relyance since June 2020.  He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a degree in Agricultural Business.  Evan is very involved in his community serving on several boards and associations, to include being Director of the White Hall Noon Lions Club, White Hall Planning Commission and serving on the board of the Pine Bluff Country Club.

Rebecca Stone has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.  Rebecca has been with Relyance for 16 years, after serving in an internal communications role at Heifer International.  Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts from Ouachita Baptist University.  Rebecca s involved in her community of Woodlawn and is a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Arkansas. 

Conner Freeman was recently promoted to Commercial & Agricultural Loan Officer.  In his new position, Conner is responsible for the underwriting of all loans in Relyance's agricultural portfolio.  He received is bacherlors degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas in 2019.  He is a member of the Lions Club & the Arkansas Bankers Association.
