Chuck Morgan, Chairman and CEO of Relyance Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Mrs. Carrie Hall was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Loan Processing and Production.

She carries twenty-seven years of banking experience with specialization in loan documentation, collateralization, and securitization. Mrs. Hall manages the bank’s loan processing platforms and oversees document production and workflow responsibilities for all loan classifications.

Mrs. Vickey Davis was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lyon College. She has twenty-three years of banking experience and is a Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU graduate. Mrs. Davis currently serves on the SEARK Foundation Board, Southeast AR Behavioral Healthcare System Board and the Salvation Army Advisory Board. She is an active member and volunteer at First Baptist Church of White Hall.

Mrs. Angela Melhorn was recently promoted to Vice President, Accounting. She earned an Associate Degree in Accounting and carries almost 25 years of banking experience. Mrs. Melhorn is an active member of Center Missionary Baptist Church in Woodlawn and a former board member of Optimist Club of Pine Bluff, former event chair for Jefferson County Relay for Life, and a past volunteer with the Salvation Army and United Way of Southeast AR.

Mr. Rafael Martinez was recently promoted to Vice President, Commercial and Consumer Lending. Mr. Martinez is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a Purple Heart Recipient. He carries fifteen years of banking experience and has completed the ABA’s Consumer Lending School. He currently serves on the Mid-American Science Museum Board of Trustees and as a member of the Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club.

Mr. Evan Staton was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and attended the Arkansas Bankers’ Association Commercial Lending School. He currently serves as the President of the Downtown Pine Bluff Rotary Club and Director of the White Hall Noon Lions Club. He is Treasurer of the Pine Bluff Country Club Men’s Golf Association and a member of the White Hall Planning Commission, the United Way campaign cabinet, the Pine Bluff Country Club Finance and Four Ball Committees.

Ms. Savannah Schwartz was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President, Credit Analysis Manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Ms. Schwartz carries five years of banking experience and has attended the ABA Commercial Lending School and Women in Banking Conference.
