Pine Bluff, AR, January 30, 2019 – Chuck Morgan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Relyance Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Mr. Jordan Morgan has been named Credit Officer with responsibilities that include managing the banks credit analysis area.  Jordan has five years banking experience.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.  He is continuing his studies in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Mrs. Sarah Heird has been named Business Development Officer with responsibilities for the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village Market.  She is a 2016 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing.  Sarah is a current member of the Leadership Hot Springs Class XXXII.

Mrs. Jennifer Place has been named Payroll Officer.  Jennifer has 7 years of banking experience.  She has completed numerous professional training courses.  Jennifer is an active volunteer with the Salvation Army, Woodlawn Peewee Association.  She has also served as a board member for the Woodlawn Softball League.

Mrs. Kate Barlow has been named Business Development Officer for the bank’s Central Arkansas Market. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.  She has been with the bank since 2015.  She is an active member of Junior League of Little Rock, a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXII, volunteers with the Arkansas Italian Food & Culture Festival and is a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Chur
