We are excited to announce the promotions of Kathryn Maus to Senior Vice President & Director of Internal Audit & Scott Socia to Senior Vice President & Senior Regional Lending Manager.

Kathryn started her career at Relyance Bank in 2023, prioritizing the safety and soundness of the bank by strengthening the internal control environment.  Prior to joining the bank, she worked for BKD, LLP gaining audit experience with publicly traded & privately held financial institutions.  She holds in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.  Kathryn serves on the Arkansas Banking Associations Ascending Bankers Council, the Board of Directors for Conway County Care Center & the Conway County Community Foundation, she is Treasurer for the Century League of Morrilton and an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and serves on the Development Advisory Board for Sacred Heart Catholic School.

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance Degree with an emphasis on Real Estate from Arkansas State University.  Immediately following his graduation, he began his career as a teller with Relyance Bank.  In his over 20-year career with the bank, he has worked in several different departments to include Loan Services, Accounting, Loan Collections, and Commercial Lending prior to this promotion.  He is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.  Scott is very involved in his community where he formerly served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County & the Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce.  He is a former volunteer for the United Way of Southeast Arkansas and currently coaches and volunteers for various youth sport organizations.
