Chuck Morgan, Chairman and CEO of Relyance Bank, is pleased to welcome Kathryn Theriot Maus as Vice President and Director of Internal Audit.
Kathryn Maus earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business, with majors in Accounting and Finance. A Certified Public Accountant, Mrs. Maus carries extensive audit experience with publicly traded and privately held financial institutions. She is involved with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy.
She is an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and serves on the Sacred Heart Catholic School Development Advisory Board. She is a member of the Century League of Morrilton and serves on the Board of Directors for the Conway County Care Center.
