From Relyance branches to the Easy Pay service, we make sure you have the convenient options you need to make your loan payment. Learn more about your options below.
Branch
You may make your payment by mailing a check for your payment to Relyance Bank, 8500 Sheridan Rd, White Hall, AR 71602. You must include enough information with your payment to identify the loan to which the payment should be applied, such as the borrower's name and loan account number. You will not be charged a convenience fee for making a payment via mail. However, please note, a payment made via mail will not be applied until the business day on which we receive it.
Automatic Transfer
Contact our Loan Services department at (855) 365-RELY to enroll in automatic payments from your Relyance Bank checking account or your checking account at another financial institution. Relyance Bank does not charge a convenience fee for this service.
Online Banking
Log into your Relyance Bank online banking or mobile banking service to make your payment online from your Relyance Bank checking or savings account. You may also link your external account with another bank through your Relyance Bank online banking to make payments. This requires for you to complete a verification process prior to being able to use your external account to make payments. Relyance Bank does not charge a convenience fee for this service; although messaging and data fees may be assessed by your mobile carrier.
Easy Pay
Make a one-time payment or establish a recurring payment using a checking account or debit card. Payments made using a debit card will be charged a convenience fee based on the amount of the payment. The convenience fee will be disclosed to you prior to submitting the payment, at which time you may decline to accept the convenience fee and cancel the payment. You will not be charged a convenience fee for making a payment using your routing and checking account number. You will need your Relyance Bank loan number and the last four digits of the primary borrower's tax identification number to make the payment. You will also need the ABA Routing Transit Number and checking account number from which you wish to make the payment or your debit card information. There is a maximum payment amount of $50,000 per day.
Payments made using this service will not post to your loan account on the same day. Once the payment is scheduled, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. This service involves the use of a third-party vendor, and your payment will be posted to your loan account the day it is received by Relyance Bank from our third-party vendor.
